Make movement a habit

 NOW is the time.

What is Tai Chi ?

What is Tai Chi?

In China, Tai Chi is known as ‘The Supreme Ultimate.’  It's the best way to longevity and health.  It is an ancient martial art that we use in this context as a moving meditation to settle our hearts, lift our spirits and wake up our brain.

Why do I want to do it?

I have seen incredible improvements in my mind and body since beginning to practice.  My balance is so much better!  My quads are stronger, my focus is longer, my willpower is greater and my life outlook is more positive.  People who practice Tai Chi in a community like this also have a decrease in depression and in increase in the ability to connect with those they love.  Depression Down.  Optimism Up.

What's so great about TaiChi, and TaijiFit in particular ?

Taiji Fit was specifically designed for beginners.  It is created to be fun, with music to create a flow state.  Quite often, we will begin class with “Let's Dance!” There's no way to make a mistake and no way to do it wrong.  Just come have fun and reap the benefits of the movements.

What should I wear to practice Tai Chi?

Any comfortable clothes will do.  I practice in my favorite jeans, my wide leg linen pants or sweats.  Some people like Yoga Pant too.  Whatever your favorite top is will be perfect. when I first started to practice, and we had early morning class I simply practiced in my pajamas.  No one minded and it was the easiest way to get there and do the practice.

Do I need special equipment for Taiji Fit?

No special equipment is needed.  TaijiFit is Tai Chi designed for small spaces.  If you have about a 5 foot by 5 foot area of floor space, you will have the space you need to practice.

What will Taiji Fit do for my self-improvement/self-empowerment program?

If you're participating in Bright Line Eating, Taiji Fit is an exceptional help.  Taichi is Moving Meditation.  For those of you like me, who have ADHD (squirrel brain), Tai Chi restores willpower, centers focus, and increases the ability to stay aware and attentive.  It has been a real boon in my BLE program, my business building and my coaching practice, rerouting my focus and my optimism.

I have been in training for TaiChi Instructor for over a year now.  It's time for me to begin my Practicum.  For the year of 2026, I will be teaching for free, as I am supervised in Practicum.  Our sessions will be recorded and I will be evaluated as a teacher.  You, my friend, get the perk of free TaiChi!

7 Reasons Why You Will Love Tai Chi

1. It builds strength without strain. The movements are gentle, but they wake up deep stabilizing muscles. You get stronger, more mobile, and better balanced—especially in the hips, knees, and spine—without the wear and tear of high-impact training.

2. It trains your nervous system, not just your muscles. Taiji teaches your body to move as one connected unit. Over time, that coordination rewires your nervous system for smoother, faster, more efficient movement in everything you do.

3. It’s meditation you can feel in your bones The slow pace forces you into presence. Breath, posture, and intention sync up, creating a meditative state that reduces stress and lifts mood. It’s mindfulness in motion.

4. It makes you more internally powerful

A big part of taiji is learning to generate force through alignment and relaxation rather than tension. It’s the opposite of brute strength—more like learning to channel energy intelligently.

5. It improves balance like nothing else  Few practices train proprioception (your body’s sense of position) as precisely as taiji. That’s why it’s used clinically for fall prevention and stability training.

6. It’s accessible at any age and fitness level Whether you’re 20 or 80, athletic or recovering from injury, taiji meets you where you are. You can do it daily without burning out.

7. It’s a lifelong practice  The deeper you go, the more it gives back. People practice taiji for decades because the “advanced” levels aren’t about effort—they’re about refinement, awareness, and subtle power.

About me

I'm Beth, an Herbalist, Energy worker, Disciple of Christ,  Author of The Creator-based® Way, and a Master Life Coach.  6 years ago, I lost about 100 pounds using a program called Bright Line Eating. After that, I wanted to complete my dream and exercise to get strong.  The thing is, I hate to sweat.

I always felt getting healthy was hard. That’s what I used to think, until I discovered the one practice that completely changed my perspective: TaijiFit

By focusing on movement in the moment, rather than chasing an end goal, I finally experienced what true wellness is all about.

This revelation sent me on a journey toward teaching as a certified instructor.

Now, my online memberships help me spread the message even further: When your mindset is aligned, everything else falls into place.

Learn with me this year- free.  Members in 2026 will get serious discounts when we go to paid subscriptions in 2027.

Take the first step toward a stronger you.
