The 7 Day Anchor Your Life Challenge
Thanks for joining us on the challenge! Keep in touch and let us know how it goes!
Day 1: Memory Anchors — “What built me?”
Draw a timeline of your life and mark:
5 joyful moments
5 painful moments
5 turning points
Journal:
Which memories do I revisit most often?Which memories still carry emotional charge?Which memories have become part of my identity story? What sentence did I learn from these experiences?
Finish:
"Because of these experiences, I came to believe..."
Day 2: Habit Anchors — “What do I repeatedly practice?”
Without judging, list:
Ask:
What do I do automatically?
What gives life?
What drains life?
What am I rehearsing every day without realizing it?
Remember: repeated thoughts become familiar pathways.
Day 3: Belief Anchors — “What rules am I living by?”
Judgement Free Brain Dump! Complete these sentences quickly:
Then ask:
Who taught me this?Is this belief still serving me?Is it truth, fear, protection, or inherited habit?
Circle beliefs you want to keep and beliefs you may want to release.
Day 4. Body Awareness- Where does my Body Remember?
Notice:
Journal:
The body often stores patterns before words arrive.
Day 5
Day 5: Relationship Anchors — “Who have I become around others?”
List key people:
For each:
Then ask:
Which version of me feels most like my truest self?
Day 6
Day 6: Joy Anchors — “What awakens me?”
Bring to mind moments of joy and let them become felt experiences. Your Joy Meditation describes allowing joy memories to “wrap around you like a warm shawl.”
Write:
Then ask:
What if joy is not a reward but a compass?
Repeat after me
Day 7: Creator Day —
“What do I want to anchor now?”
Create two lists:
Anchors I release
Old beliefs
Fear stories
Protective habits
Old identities
Anchors I choose
New beliefs
Practices
Relationships
Ways of being
Finish with:
“Today I choose to anchor my life in…”
Then write one sentence beginning:
“I am the creator of my life experience, and today I create…”
A final question to sit with:
If someone observed my life for one month, what would they conclude I truly believe—not from my words, but from my repeated habits?
That question often reveals our deepest anchors.
I know how overwhelming life can be, but the Creator-based® Way is the hope you need. You can do this. You can and you will.
